What I Do

I'm Maria Meermeier. I work with consultants and founders in the creative and consulting industry who are ready to change the economic logic of their business.

Most of the people I work with are good at what they do. That's not the problem. The problem is that their business model doesn't reflect it. The outcome is a fully developed Signature Business: a distinctive position, a concrete offer, and the architecture to grow it. A well-executed Signature Business typically generates €100k+ in annual revenue within 12–18 months of completion.
